HI! I'M NOELLE

I'm a self-healing advocate, wellness educator, and holistic health coach.

​​​​​​​​​​​​My work is inspired by the passion that I have for preventative wellness and the happiness I feel when I empower others to take control of their health. I understand that true wellness encompasses more than just physical health and value the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a coach, I work with individuals to cultivate sustainable wellness lifestyles that extend far beyond just food & exercise.

​From an early age, I learned the importance of taking care of myself by watching family members struggle with chronic health issues. Throughout my late teens and 20’s I dealt with many health challenges: hormonal imbalances, debilitating menstrual cycles, acne, recurrent infections/antibiotics, and subsequently, digestive issues. Conventional care never offered me anything other than a prescription and I knew that nothing would change if I didn’t dig deeper. Resolving my own health issues holistically through food as medicine and major lifestyle changes and watching the standard of care fail my own family members drove me to continue seeking solutions beyond conventional options. 

Over the years, my mindset around health has shifted from a focus solely on performance and physical fitness to a more holistic understanding of what it truly means to be well. This evolution in my mindset has deepened my passion for sharing this knowledge with others, helping people understand that wellness is not just about short-term goals or physical appearance but about truly thriving in every aspect of life.

 

​I am now honored to combine my BS in Health Sciences, Certificates in Global Health and Rehabilitation Studies, Functional Nutrition, Medical Cannabis Education, and over a decade of personal experience navigating my own health challenges to help others find their way.

I truly believe in our body’s innate ability to heal & thrive when we give it the right environment. There are no magic pills, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all approaches to health because each of us has a unique physiology, lifestyle, and needsThrough personalized wellness sessions, I will provide you with the education, tools, and support to help you slow down and make lasting changes that optimize your well-being. From developing better eating habits, learning natural ways to support your hormones, incorporating regular movement, mindfulness practices, or reducing exposure to environmental toxins, I am committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals and am here to guide and support you every step of the way!
